Our courses are taught by an experienced Family Law Attorney with 10+ years of experience in Colorado Law.  Your instructor will teach not only specifics about the law but also what their experience has shown and taught them. You'll get practical advice coupled with legal expertise.

You'll have ample opportunity to ask questions using our private Facebook Groups, our monthly "ask me anything" calls with an attorney, and even your one time 20-minute private coaching session.

Students sign up for UTK for all sorts of reasons. One reason is to gain the information and knowledge to successfully file a case and start it off on the right foot.

No. No attorney at UTK will provide ongoing, individualized legal representation including appearance at Court or other events of your case.

UTK is completely confidential even if a legal action is never filed. This means that we cannot disclose who participates in our courses or even inquires about us. This confidentiality maintains forever.

As part of being a student with UTK, you'll have access to monthly "Ask Me Anything" calls, as well as exclusive access to our gender-specific Facebook Groups.  These valuable resources are great places for you to ask follow up questions.
